Attendance at every session is a must and live participation required (sessions will not be recorded) this is not a webinar or presentation. Session are engaging and participatory in nature and this is what makes the magic!

- Exploring the nature of the change are we going through
- Connecting to self, to ‘why’ (purpose, values)
Week Two
- Re-anchoring with purpose
- Understanding our relationship to uncertainty
- Shifting perspective; radical acceptance, presence and embodiment
Week Three
- Re-anchoring with presence
- A holistic approach to personal wellbeing
- Creating your conditions to thrive
